The Court of Governors is responsible for convening the Annual Meeting of Life Guardians. At this meeting, the Life Guardians appoint a Committee of up to 12 members - which meets 4 or 5 times a year to perform the following duties:
- Assisting the Court to identify suitable candidates for election as Governors to the Court.
- Providing Trustees to the McClure Memorial Trust and approving payments to the Trust.
- Encourage Old Millhillians to become Life Guardians
- Maintain active channels of communication with the Court, the Old Millhillians Club, the CEO & the Director of the Foundation Appeal
- Reporting periodically to Life Guardians on relevant matters

BIO: Belmont 1981-1986 and Mill Hill 1986-1991. Played rugby for OMRFC in the 1990s. A licensed insolvency practitioner, with 30+ years experience of insolvency, restructuring & business recovery. An active member of R3, the industry's trade body - sitting on a number of their committees including one for the Insolvency Practitioners Association, a licensing body for insolvency practitioners. Myles is a trustee of a charity and an avid Spurs supporter!

BIO: Mill Hill School, Murray House, 1965 – 1970. Career civil servant focused mainly on EU and wider international policy and representational work in multilateral organisations, with an emphasis on the communications and cultural sectors. Also secretary to the policy committee dealing with university funding programmes in the former Office for Science & Technology. Ph.D. from Sussex University in 2021 on the history of the British Mandate in Palestine. Currently a Research Associate at Sussex University on the modern history of Iran, Russia, and Turkey and UK Government policy towards them.

Shell International 1976 – 2005 including two stints overseas, then Global VP Commercial fuels and Bitumen. 2005 – 2017 CEO Engineering Development Trust. OMs Rugby 1970 – 1976; OMC Engineering dinner organiser 2010 – 2023; OMC President 2019 – 2021; OMC Chair 2024 – present. Married with 2 sons and 3 grandsons.

BIO: Mill Hill 1990 - 1993. A Chartered Surveyor, Mitesh has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate sector and is the MD of Vascroft Contractors Ltd.
Mitesh is a member of the Young Presidents Organisation, a Trustee of the Vascroft Foundation and Patron of DAWN, a charity which helps victims of domestic violence and abuse. He has previously served as a Governor for 2 Schools in Harrow.

BIO: Mill Hill 1961-66. Boxing Hon. Sec. After school continued with piano lessons and learned guitar. Studied photography and worked with Kodak in Europe. Later taught guitar at University in India; my mother's family and I were born and had lived in the subcontinent. Did TESOL and taught English. Worked for MIND and have been assisting at a Hospital, winning Harrow Carer of The Year award for 2024. Sing for our choir and provide audio aids.
