Application Form 

To apply to become a Life Guardian of the Mill Hill School Foundation please complete the application form below. Once elected you will be required to pay an annual subscription towards The McClure Memorial Trust which is a registered charity that helps fund the school fees of a deserving student at Mill Hill School. You are also invited to make a voluntary one-off £250 contribution to the charitable trust, either as a single payment of £250 or in instalments of £10 per month over 25 months. We ask for a subscription of £120 per year ideally as this will help us achieve our goal of providing a full scholarship to the McClure scholars much faster - however, we can accept any amount from £50 per year upwards & will happily accept a larger annual sum or any one off donation if you feel able to contribute more.
